Just like a tattoo tells a story, each bag of Inked Bread tells a unique tale through its taste and quality. They wanted their bread to stand out from the rest, so they try to be as unique as the person who enjoys it.
How Does Inked bread Taste?
In terms of texture, it’s on the softer side with a slightly crispy crust. It’s not as light and fluffy as traditional bread, but softer than any other keto bread. I would describe it as a moist, delicious nice texture.
This surprised me because when I first tried both versions, I was amazed by the fact that it actually tasted like bread.
The only difference I would point down inked keto bread is sweeter than other bread. Personally, I like the sweet taste, but keep it in mind because other taste buds can be different.
It’s not like one of those keto bread you buy at the store and realize you need to sacrifice the bread flavor to stay in ketosis.

For Inked Keto White bread, the first ingredients are:

And for Ink Keto Seeds bread, the ingredients are the same as the Keto white, but with extra:
- Flax Meal
- Flax Seeds
- Apple Fiber

Important to mention, no artificial flavors are added to either of them.
So between my favorite ingredients of this bread, I love the seeded one because it contains even better extra ingredients, like flax meal, that adds an extra boost of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, essential for the des-inflammation of the muscles and brain health.
Also, flax and sunflower seeds are full of nutrients and add that crunchy texture to the bread; that’s a winner!
The only ingredient I don’t love in this bread is soybean oil; I mean, it is a common and general ingredient in bread because it adds moisture and helps improve the texture of bread; however, it is a highly processed oil that I like to have in moderation.
But apart from that, I really love the fact that this bread contains stevia leaf extract, which is a natural sweetener that derives from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant, and the best part is that it’s good for your blood sugar levels because it is Zero Glycemic index!
Last but not least – Apple Fiber acts as a prebiotic (beneficial for your gut health) and is a rich source of soluble fiber that promotes digestion, regulates bowel movements, supports a feeling of fullness, and also soluble fiber can help lower cholesterol levels, a win-win.

Nutrition facts per 1 slice: 45 Calories, 2g Fat, 11g Carbs, 10g Dietary fiber, and 4g Protein.
With only 1 gram of net carb per slice, this bread is a true keto superstar. It’s low in calories and carbs while delivering a solid dose of protein, making it an excellent choice for those of us aiming to stay in ketosis.
Ten grams of dietary fiber per slice is AMAZING compared to other breads that usually contain around 1g to 4g of fiber.
Fiber is essential if you want to feel full for longer, but it also supports healthy digestion, helps regulate bowel movements, and promotes gut health, along with many other health benefits.
Considering the average amount of protein in one slice of ordinary bread varies from 1- to 2.5 grams, Inked Keto bread contains 4g of protein, which is remarkable for bread, so let’s say you usually eat two slices, that’s 8g of protein, I think that truly sets the difference, we’re talking about stepping your protein intake; Which is something you should look into if you follow the keto lifestyle.
How Long Does Inked Keto Bread Last?
Inked Keto Bread stays fresh for 10 days. The best way to store this bread is at room temperature on your counter or in a bread box (This allows the bread to retain its softness and texture while staying ready to be enjoyed).
If you live in a highly humid place, you should store the bread in the refrigerator to preserve its freshness and prevent any potential spoilage.
Here’s a little heads up: If you spot Inked keto bread on the shelves, you should stock up and grab two or three packages since the availability is somewhat limited.

I bought the Inked Keto Seeds bread at Walmart for $6.28, which is the same price as the Keto White.
I tried to find it on Amazon and other big grocery stores, but they have the product currently unavailable.
Is Inked Keto Bread Worth Buying?
Will I keep buying Inked Keto bread?
Most likely, yes!
Ever since I embraced the keto lifestyle, I stopped buying any bread, since traditional bread it’s not keto or low-carb friendly, and other keto bread tends to taste like something different than bread.
So I resorted to alternatives like keto tortilla wraps or cauliflower-based options, so I don’t really eat bread anymore.
But this bread transported me back to those pre-keto days when I would sink my teeth into a delightful, crunchy tuna sandwich for dinner or in the middle of the day, not thinking about the amount of carbohydrates. The taste and texture are like a trip down memory lane.
