You’ll need:

  • ½ batch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into ½-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup of chopped onion
  • ¼ cup of chopped celery
  • ¼ cup of chopped leek

  • 32 ounces of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 14 ounces of can full-fat coconut milk
