MCT stands for Medium-Chain Triglycerides, which are fat sources that are much quickly digested than the long-chain triglycerides usually found in fatty foods.
They are considered highly efficient because instead of being diverted among other organs that use these fat molecules, they go straight to your liver. MCTs further boosts the production of ketones.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation are some of the possible downsides of MCTs in keto fat burner. Additionally, dietary supplements come with their own safety gamble, unless they are recommended by your healthcare provider.

I personally have been on the keto diet on and off for more than 11 years.
I have gone through all the ups and downs in my journey. And by that I mean months of binge eating high-carb delicacies like burgers and pizzas, followed by months of strictly low carb meals.
