The great thing about TCBY is that if you reduce the amount of yogurt you have, you can eat almost anything on the menu. Whether it be sorbet, Super fro-Yo, or a gluten-free yogurt option – it is suited to all.

However, it is important to stay away from your higher carbohydrate options such as mixed nuts and milkshakes.

Although dining out on a keto diet may seem intimidating, it is not at all impossible. All it takes is a couple of steps of planning, and some math to make it very doable.

How To Survive Keto At TCBY

As one can assume, The Country’s Best Yoghurt sells well, yogurt. Their menu provides a large variety of healthier, more nutritional options with delicious flavors and toppings all at your fingertips.

TCBY, they are known for the taste and quality of their product. They pride themselves in making sure that every person, no matter their dietary preference is served and satisfactorily at that!

The franchise yogurt stores have been going for over 21 years and their Super Fro-Yo range has been active since 2011. 

The Country’s Best Yogurt has items on the menu that are GMO-free, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and greek, as well as options that include live and active cultures too. You have access to anything and everything in the palm of your hands!

The most crucial part of being keto is sticking within your net-carb daily limit. And lucky for us, TCBY offers us a nutritional guide on their menu to make sure we are not exceeding our limit for that meal or the day.
